But Summore Chocolate also began with a family dream.
We started Summore Chocolate so we could shape our life around becoming a home schooling family, bringing together my passion for making chocolate with the desire to teach our children ourselves and watch them grow each day. Children are such a precious gift, and time passes so quickly that we wanted to be present for every moment — learning, creating, and building something meaningful together.
Our children help in small ways within the business, learning creativity, responsibility, and entrepreneurship along the way. Some days are challenging, but every moment is worth it. From our family kitchen in East Riding of Yorkshire, our chocolates carry not only flavour and artistry, but our love, values, and story.
